Campaign for President of the United States

HomeStatesNew Mexico

To win national delegates in New Mexico every Ron Paul supporter needs to attend their county presidential quadrennial convention series starting in late April. The county conventions for that series run from April 26th thru May 3rd. The state quadrennial convention is held June 14th, 2008.

In the next day or two, your county party will publish the date of its county pre-primary convention New Mexico state GOP webpage here: http://www.localendar.com/public/Catencio . Each county has until March 29th to set their county convention date and provide it to the state GOP. To be elected as a state delegate you must first be elected as a county delegate at the precinct meetings held the week of April 12-19 before each of the County conventions.

None of the counties have posted their convention dates on the Calendar yet, so keep checking the link for your county or contact your county GOP directly for the dates of the precinct meetings and the county convention following. Once published, click on the county convention link on the Calendar and the location, time and contact information for the GOP County Chair will pop-up on the page.
